I'll get some pics in the sun (it was just before sundown this time). Hopefully you will be able to see the gold tone in the pictures! The colour is a factory colour for a 2006-ish honda Ridgeline.

Thanks! Great complements! I spent a few hours on this one, between the swap, tuck, turbo, body & paint, suspension, etc, etc. Glad other people like it , and I'm glad its on the road, and about ready for its obd1 update and BIG boost. Check out my "Queen Vitaria" D-build too (Even my wife thinks I'm insane now, what the hell do I need TWO boosted cars for??)

My wife is actually full of support with my craziness - she buys nice things like the sparco wheel & knob that are in the crx! She was also kind enough to come with me today to pick up the new car and help out with all the "spotting" with backing up, etc. Pretty cool that she is so understanding & doesnt mind helping from time to time. She also nearly shits when I stomp on it in the Green Bastard, and that makes EVERYTHING worthwile!!

The fitment for this car meant I had to build a custom Mani to fit what I wanted - trust me, with the time I put in on it I could have built a top mount EASY. That fitment was my main goal, and I'm happy & proud with how it turned out! A real test of fabrication skills.

Actually, because of the time that it took to build this custom manifold, I now know that if I could have bought one that did what I wanted to, I would have. This was a challenge to myself, and wanting a "merge" manifold in a "log" manifold space. As far as producing a manifold for someone else, I'm not about to. While I love fabricating and TIG welding, I want to keep it as a love, not a "someone wants/needs this, so I have to get it done." Even for "queen vitaria", I'll likely be buying the mani to save me all the fabrication time.

As a little "green bastard" update, My parts for an OBD1 update have arrived, along with a RTP romulator, so I'll soon be able to raise the boost up to my desired 18-20 psi range to shoot for mid 400's at the wheels!
I'll post when I've got everything done and finish tuning it, and let you all know how it goes.
Frankly, this car is scary fast already, so with another 100+ HP, it should satisfy my power lust.
