well looks like im going to be running a power steering rack and pump. wich i really dont want to. but i dont have a manual rack anymore. soo what i was just woundering is do i need to run that weird oil cooler thing. or can i just loop the lines and not have it at all. i think it looks like shit in the bay and really gross in the front rad support...any info would be awsome!

im pretty sure u can just loop the rack just make sure theres fuid in it first but check out like honda-tech just to makesure i might be wrong anone else

Im running a looped ps rack, you need 2 fittings and some hose, unless u want to vent it...

the one fitting is m14x1.5 the other is m16x1.5

EK racks only have the 2 lines. (pressure/return)..a honda flywheel bolt is the right size for the other line (EG and DC)...or something 12x1.25 (i believe)

soo dumb thing to maybe ask but why can you just bolt all the holes up. why dose the one line have to be looped. im new to this power steering shit crap

i wouldn't recommend it...it'd probably be horrible to steer, there is some air in my setup, so it allows fluid transfer, apparently the best way is with a T in the line and a breather up top (old clutch master reservoir) but mine seems fine as it sits, you can always try it sometime when your in town if u want

called up a few places today and askt them about it all. they just said bolt up the holes and go. no need to loop the lines. god damn who knows what to do

Tons of people just plug them with 0 problems, just make sure you fill the rack first. If you cant find the right bolts just cut the stock fittings off the lines and weld the ends up. You can take the rack apart and pull the piston seal and grease it like you would a manual rack.
